Terms & Conditions:

 

• Classes will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

 

• Fees should be made payable to the tutor(s) on the day of tuition. The payment can be made after every tuition, weekly, or monthly.

 

• Tutors are to be given a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of a class. Failure to do so may attract a $50 fine. Exceptions will be made in the case of unavoidable circumstances.

 

• Lessons cancelled by tutors (in unavoidable circumstances) will be given later at a time mutually agreed between the student and the tutor.

 

• It is the parents’ and students’ responsibility that they remember the time and date of their booked tuition times. In the case where the tutor arrives and the student or parent claims that they did not want/need a class, the fine mentioned in section 3 will apply. An exception will be made if there was no available proof that a class was in fact scheduled, or in the event of a misunderstanding between the parties involved.

 

 

• Please speak to your child’s teacher at the beginning of his/her lesson if you wish to discuss your child’s progress.  This will ensure that the next student’s lesson begins on time.

 

• Students and parents are expected to treat tutors with respect. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any future classes and a ban from Success Tutoring WA.
